The strain has a sweet, sour, and nutty flavor profile with hints of vanilla, according to the breeder. Per Mad Scientist Genetics, Ice Cream Cake has tested at 23% THC content. Mad Scientist’s Ice Cream Cake won first place in the Best Indica category at the IC 420 Growers Cup in 2018.
