Great service, got a call from the company and driver to insure everything is on point with my order.

VERY POOR Quality Weed, OK Customer Service Not coming back here and wouldn’t recommend. I bought multiple strains. Both orders arrived dry with the density of a potato chips. The flower breaks and crumbles. Smell is off. Painful to smoke. Terrible quality. I called their business line to let them know this issue and ask if they can do something to fix it. Tony answered the phone, I explained, he said “it was on sale for a reason. you get what you pay for. The best I can do is on your next order I throw in some freebies?” I declined and explained to him this is the second time, I’m not going to make another purchase just to have the same issue. That doesn’t make any sense. I gave him another opportunity to make this fair, but his response “you can email the business email, but they’re going to tell you the same thing.” I told him that they should honestly put in the description how poor quality the weed is whether it’s on sale or not so that customers can make choices based on accurate information. this is the way your company responds and the quality is poor.. I won’t give you anymore of my business.
